I have worked with Troy Watt at multiple materials handling & chemical processing plants across WA & QLD. In the time we spent working together at BHP’s Port Hedland operations Troy was instrumental in spearheading the development of the shutdown readiness processes used for planning & executing shutdowns. As a lead shutdown scheduler, Troy took ownership of the overall scheduling and coordinating of the shutdowns for his area, to ensure safe and cost-effective use of resources to deliver priority works within defined critical path, which he continually challenged and optimised to provide value to the business.

More recently, as the maintenance planning superintendent at Rio Tinto’s Yarwun Alumina Refinery, I had the opportunity to have Troy schedule our annual Boiler, Gas Turbine & Heat Recovery Steam Generation plant shutdowns through our principal contractor UGL. Given Troy’s experience and skillset with P6 combined with his extensive career managing large scale shutdowns he hit the ground running and helped us achieve our safest, most cost-effective shutdowns for several years.

Dom is the esteemed Lead Scheduler at Greenlight Solutions, renowned for his exceptional skill in managing complex shutdown and turnaround schedules.

Since joining the team in 2021, Dom has been pivotal in enhancing the precision and efficiency of project execution, thanks to his deep-rooted mechanical engineering expertise.

Holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with Honours from The University of Queensland, Dom’s robust technical knowledge and hands-on experience have established him as a cornerstone of the Greenlight Solutions team. PHIL WHITE | SYSTEMS LEAD

Phil White is a distinguished Business Integration Specialist with a strong foundation in maintenance systems, which forms the core of his expertise in the mining and metals industry.

His background as a Fitter and Turner has provided him with a deep understanding of reliability engineering, equipment maintenance, and cost control, laying the groundwork for his comprehensive skill set.

Over the years, Phil has expanded his capabilities to include people leadership, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems, and professional services, making him a well-rounded expert in his field. Phil’s comprehensive experience, combined with his advanced skills in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and coding, positions him uniquely at the forefront of Greenlight Solutions’ systems division.

He is instrumental in the development of bespoke tools designed to seamlessly integrate with clients’ SAP and scheduling systems.
